The Board of Directors of Al Ahly Club, headed by Mahmoud El-Khatib, has decided to begin preparations for the establishment of the first phase of the Al Ahly Club Baitwatan branch in the Fifth Settlement, and many memberships for the branch have been accepted.

Location of Al Ahly Club Baitwatan Fifth Settlement
The plot of land originally designated for the new Al Ahly Club Baitwatan branch was changed due to its uneven terrain and rocky conditions. This decision was made by the Board of Directors of Al Ahly Club, chaired by Mahmoud El-Khatib, in collaboration with the New Urban Communities Authority.
The old plot was replaced with a new, parallel plot in the same district, directly across from Baitwatan, specifically in the Second Clubs Area.
The official spokesperson for Al Ahly Club confirmed that the new plot, which is planned for the new branch, will be approximately 50 acres. This was the latest agreement. Additionally, the new plot is suitable for establishing the Al Ahly Club Baitwatan branch as it is level and appropriate for all construction, building, and service needs.
Space of Al Ahly Club Baitwatan Fifth Settlement
The Minister of Planning and Housing has approved the general plan submitted by the Board of Directors for the establishment of the Al Ahly Club Baitwatan branch.
The club has acquired a plot of land measuring approximately 50 acres in the Baitwatan area, near the New Administrative Capital and next to the Police Club, specifically in the Fourth and Sixth Baitwatan districts. Memberships are currently being accepted.
Additionally, a significant portion of the construction work for the club has already been completed.

Membership Fees for Al Ahly Club Baitwatan
The current membership fee for the Al Ahly Club Baitwatan branch is set at EGP 350,000 for individuals with higher education qualifications and EGP 400,000 for those with intermediate education.
With the extensive preparations underway, it is expected that the membership fee for the new Al Ahly Club Baitwatan branch in the Fifth Settlement will be around EGP 125,000. This amount can potentially be paid in installments over a period of up to 4 years, which is the time allocated for completing the first phase of the new club branch.
Additionally, the general membership fee was increased from EGP 350,000 to EGP 500,000 for both the Giza and Nasr City branches on February 1, 2019. However, the official membership fees for the new Al Ahly Club Baitwatan branch have not yet been announced.
The club has stated that those who opt for installment payments within the specified period will benefit from substantial opportunities and will be billed according to the old membership subscription rates.

Benefits of Holding a Membership at Al Ahly Club Baitwatan
Individuals who register for a membership at the new Al Ahly Club Baitwatan branch in the Fifth Settlement will have the right to access only this specific branch. Their membership will not be valid for entry to other branches of Al Ahly Club, nor will they have the right to attend the club’s general assemblies. The fee for this membership is EGP 125,000, which is applicable only for the Sheikh Zayed branch.
Additionally, holders of general memberships will have the right to use the facilities at the branch where their membership is valid, such as the branches in the island or Nasr City locations.
This will be provided without any additional fees or extra charges.
